It was a pleasure to work with Erin and her team. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge of military buying and selling. She is also financially savvy and will find ways that her buyers and sellers can save money in the overall transaction. Top notch customer service skills and pleasant, level headed demeanor. Being a young woman in a brand new state moving all the way across the country AND a first time home buyer i was so nervous to begin the process. Erin was so thorough and explained each part of the process so carefully i felt like i really understood what was going on at every step of the way. She even took the time to answer all the questions i had, no matter how dumb they were. when i finally moved into my condo she even gave me a package of toilet paper, because there was already none left in stores. loved her and will for sure be using her again when i decide to sell!
